Cheltenham-based Pentadel Project Management has been recognized as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for 2022.
The recognition was awarded by Great Place to Work, based on survey feedback from Pentadel employees about its work culture and environment.
Despite the challenges of the pandemic, Pentadel achieved an average Trust Index score of 96%, with every employee saying they were treated like a valued member of the team, regardless of position.
Pentadel, established five years ago, is a fast growing company of architects, engineers, quantity surveyors and project managers, designing and managing the construction of modern and innovative industrial facilities in the UK and around the world.
Being named one of the best places to work in the UK is a testament to its commitment to nurturing and sustaining a positive culture.
