Maximus has named Jason Tone as senior vice president of healthcare technology and consulting services.

In this new role, Tone will oversee the growth of the company’s technology and consulting services in the healthcare market complementing the team’s current business process services work within healthcare agencies.

Tone joins Maximus from Booz Allen Hamilton, where he had worked since 2006 and most recently served as vice president. At Booz Allen, Tone grew and grew the health consulting business by expanding contracts focused on public health analytics, health promotion and wellness, and IT.
“The suite of technologies already offered by Maximus, from artificial intelligence and machine learning to cybersecurity and cloud capabilities, has established our position as market leader,” Barr said. “We now have the opportunity to bring more of these innovations and solutions to federal health agencies as we help our customers position themselves for the future.”
Tone is also a graduate of the US Air Force Academy and served 10 years in the Air Force as a fighter aircraft maintenance officer, leadership instructor, and Air Force trainee.
