Program Manager (Strategy / Business Analysis) – Change

Around £40,000 + great benefits

Rochdale – Flexible between home and office

Contract: Permanent role

Hours: 36.25 hours per week in accordance with Flexible Smart Working

30 days vacation (up to 35 days – plus holidays)

Are you passionate about Strategy? Do you have a good track record of implementing strategic programs, driving cultural change and proactively collaborating with internal and external clients?

This position will involve:

Drive and execute strategic business programs across RBH throughout the life cycle on time and within budget

· Lead and motivate colleagues from various disciplines to achieve program objectives.

· Define program governance arrangements and ensure regular reporting on progress.

Work with leaders to embed cultural change

· Manage relationships with key stakeholders and third parties

You will have:

· Relevant qualification in project management such as PRINCE 2

· Significant experience in successfully leading and implementing complex strategic business programs

· Strong proven organizational and communication skills

Ability to anticipate and solve problems

Experience in budget management and resource allocation

· Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Project
