The Frontline Project Management training program is tailored to the low voltage electrical and construction industry. It has been designed to teach security and systems project managers to play the construction game and to manage their projects as general contractors and electricians.

This unique program consists of two parts: (1) the online program which is approximately eight hours of interactive self-study and (2) two hours Instructor– a facilitated workshop to review lessons learned, implement best practices and allow students to discuss specific challenges of real projects. Frontline Project Management Module 3: Planning Phase, focuses on work breakdown structure (WBS); Estimated task duration; Milestones; Labor schedules; Critical Path Method (CPM) techniques for determining project duration, floats, and critical path; cost re-estimates; Planning; and Resource Commitment.

Frontline Project Management Module 4: Implementation Phases, covers: resource procurement; Golden rules for using subcontractors; Appropriate control and documentation of the project; Coordination with other trades; Manage quality; and safety, general OSHA requirements and employer responsibilities.

Frontline Project Management Module 5: Closing Phase, deals with: closing steps; Customer training; Integrated documentation; Final testing and acceptance; Project audits; and closing checklists.

The Frontline Project Management Course will sell for $325 on Enterprise and volume rates are available. The course is in the process of being approved for national and state CEUs for licensing compliance.
