The creation of this master responds to the need to train specialists in a field that aims to change the face of cities, to give new life to neighborhoods and a new utility to industrial areas. A case study in this respect is the Coresi district in Brașov, which represents an ecosystem of mixed-use functions: the shopping center – Coresi shopping centerthe residential project – Coresi Avantgardendeveloped with Kasper Development, the office campus – coresi Company Campusdeveloped with Ascenta Management, co-working – The Company Factorythe Qosmo hotel, operated by Kronwell, and the community hub – cartier Center coresioperated by Learnex.

The Coresi district is the intersection of innovation, entrepreneurial courage and community orientation, articulated around people’s needs and aspirations, an example of good practice in the field of sustainable urban development. The Coresi district plays a key role in the economic and territorial development of the city.

At the heart of Nhood’s mission is the belief that real estate development needs a breath of fresh air and a broader vision, beyond individual interest. Smart urbanization, in collaboration

with different institutional partners, is the opportunity to create mixed spaces that go beyond their

immediate function and give meaning to the community to which they are addressed, by creating

life and cohesion at the level of the district, the city and the region. In this regard, the company wants to further develop these places that bring joy to people every day, always focusing on the needs of communities.
