The Project Management Institute appoints Pierre Le Manh as President and CEO

PHILADELPHIA CREAM–(BUSINESS WIRE)–The Project Management Institute (PMI) today announced that its Board of Directors has named Pierre Le Manh as its new President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

Effective September 1, Pierre Le Manh, a seasoned professional services and knowledge industries CEO, will lead PMI’s fast-growing global organization and oversee the continued execution of PMI’s impact strategy. In his role, Pierre will also be the primary advocate for the global PMI organization and nearly one hundred million project professionals worldwide.

Pierre Le Manh has held CEO positions for more than 20 years in knowledge-based, research-based and technology-based companies around the world. He has lived and worked in Paris, Montreal, London, Rome and New York. He brings a proven track record of growth, transformation and globalization, as well as a passion for building teams and promoting culture.

Until 2021, he served as Managing Director for North America and Global Deputy Managing Director of Ipsos, the global leader in market research and data analytics, where he played a leading role in the company’s global expansion for more than 15 years, first as CEO. for the EMEA region, then as global head of several professional firms before leading the North American business. Prior to Ipsos, he held several other CEO positions in technology services and publishing.
