IPA 100 company based in Houston Weaver (net revenue of $197.6 million in FY22) launched a new line of government consulting services, designed to support state and local governments and related organizations as they undergo transformational financial change and modernize their IT, HR and governance practices.

Led by a new partner Todd Hoffmanthe new practice will assist clients with capital projects and economic development initiatives, as well as disaster recovery preparation and the implementation of ESG-related objectives, with a focus on areas strategy, operations, technology and human resources.
Hoffman has more than three decades of experience advising state and local governments, having led large-scale projects in business process improvement, financial and organizational assessments, financial and business transformations, grant management, technology implementations, workforce development, stakeholder outreach and inclusion, employee engagement and change management for government entities nationwide. He also has experience planning, managing and monitoring various complex federal disaster relief funding programs. Prior to joining Weaver, Hoffman was a partner in a Big 4 public sector practice that transitioned into a management and technology consulting services firm in 2018.
