Elizabeth Satterfield leads Proskauer’s Legal Project Management (LPM) and Innovation department. The LPM & Innovation team works with our clients and law firm stakeholders to solve business problems and spark ideas that will transform and optimize the delivery of our client services. The team also supports our practitioners in business planning, strategic business management and process improvement. Elizabeth is a licensed attorney, Project Management Professional (PMP), and certified in Lean Process Improvement.

James Barrett, Senior Legal Project Manager @Eversheds Sutherland

James is a Senior Legal Project Manager based in the London office. He is Prince2 qualified, in addition to being a cost attorney. He has over 18 years of project and cost management experience within the public and private professional services industry. He was a cost manager for the government legal department before moving into private practice. Through these roles, James has gained expertise in both cost analysis and project design, with a focus on improving efficiency in all types of legal matters. As a member of the Litigation Technology Group, James is familiar with identifying and implementing appropriate legal technology solutions to support clients’ cases.

Pieter van der Hoeven, co-founder @Clocktimizer

Pieter, a former M&A lawyer, is the co-founder of Clocktimizer. Clocktimizer is an award-winning legal technology company that helps law firms understand who does what, when, where, and at what cost.
